You have to hook up with someone in the buisiness. Not “hook up” but like hook up as in have a meeting with them and show them some of your designs. I am not that sure how you would find someone to do so, but maybe just go to fashion design website and call them and go from there.

You should probably start with drawings and then show the drawings to someone who can make the designs on the computer
